Customer Relationships
Customer satisfaction is essential to the success of our business. Word of mouth has sustained our business for many years. Emphasis is placed upon customer relationship. Dilwyn personally deals with each customer in order to ensure consistency. We are pleased to say that some of our customers have become personal friends over the years as they keep coming back for more furniture to add to their collection.

The Environment
For generations, our family has been brought up in the beautiful countryside of northern Wales and we have been taught to respect the environment. Because of this, we use natural materials to their full potential to avoid unnecessary waste. We pass on our oak shavings to fish smokers and use the remainder as bedding for the cattle on our farm. Off cuts of a certain size are passed on to a wood turner who produces small toys and pens. Smaller off cuts are used as kindling.

For future reference and identity, our furniture is discreetly branded with the company name 'Celfiderw' which is translated from Welsh as 'Oak Furniture'.
