Process
Following an initial enquiry from a customer we will establish the basic requirements of the customer.
We arrange an initial consultation with the customer or the customers project representative to obtain the detailed layout and design of the kitchen or furniture.
At this stage we will ensure that we understand the customers detailed requirements to ensure we design and create a bespoke kitchen that will complement and enhance the style of your home and your life.
We will always suggest ideas that we think will enhance the final look and functionality of our kitchen or furniture which are individually designed and made at our workshops in North Wales.
We also design kitchens for customers who don’t wish to have input until they see a potential plan. We will provide potential customers with a free overhead plan and budget. Elevations of the proposed work can be provided for an agreed fee that will be reimbursed if an order is placed.
We will undertake kitchens as projects to ensure that all aspects of manufacture and fitting are coordinated to ensure that the installation is delivered on time and on budget. We will ensure that appliances and work surfaces are ordered and fitted to your satisfaction as part of the project.
We work with a local Granite worktop supplier who has an extensive range of granite and marble worktops.
Whatever the requirements we work closely with our customers to ensure we understand their needs and their lifestyle to deliver a solution designed that reflects their own tastes and budget.
